Eucalyptus Australiana Essential Oil provides relief of symptoms of catarrh, mucous congestion, colds and flu. It acts as an effective antiseptic to air-borne micro-organisms that may cause respiratory infections. Aside from this, Eucalpytus provides an energising lift to any space. Combine with the following essential oils for a blend to assist with headaches:
Lavender
Marjoram
Peppermint
Rosemary

Directions of use:
Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
