Frankincense Essential Oil is a grounding oil that may give temporarily relief for symptoms of colds, nervous tension, coughs, flu, mild anxiety and stress. It can provide relief to symptoms of eczema whilst also toning & purifying the skin. Frankincense essential oil has long been regarded as a spiritual oil used in space clearing and purification. It can be effective when used to support meditation to bring the body and mind to a calm and sedating state. It is especially effective when applied to maturing skin as an astringent and can help reduce blemishes and large pores. Combine with the following essential oils to relieve signs of eczema:
Basil
Geranium
Lavender
Myrrh
Patchouli
Sandalwood

Directions of use:
Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
