Lime essential oil 12mL is an uplifting oil that is used in aromatherapy to provides temporary relief for arthritic and rheumatic pain. Lime oil is detoxifying and may boost circulation. Lime oil has a refreshing and zesty aroma. It can be used with other essential oils to ease symptoms of colds and flu. Lime oil when applied to the skin can be used to support dermal treatment of acne or congested oily skin. Combine Lime oil with the following essential oils for an aromatherapy blend that may relieve the symptoms of asthma:
Basil
Cedarwood
Eucalyptus
Frankincense
Marjoram
Myrrh
Orange sweet
Peppermint
Rosemary
Sandalwood
Tea tree

Directions of use:
Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
